With lemon shrimp, pie nuts, spinach and mushrooms, this shrimp pasta recipe is hard to beat!

This is an excellent pasta recipe. One of our favorites that Ju has submitted.
It has a wonderful flavor and when paired with a Pinot Grigio white wine, it’s a dish you will love and love to serve your guests!

Lemon Shrimp Pasta Recipe!
- 24 medium size Shrimp (6 per person)
- 8 oz Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 cup Pine Nuts
- 1 cube Butter
- 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
- 2 T Lemon Pepper Seasoning (season to taste)
- grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
On low temperature, melt butter in a sauce pan.
Add pine nuts, seasoning and mushrooms.
Bring water to a boil for your pasta.
Cook according to pasta directions.
After pasta is cooked, add shrimp to sauce and cook until they turn pink, do not over cook.
Place pasta on a plate and pour sauce over it.
Grate a little parmesan cheese over sauce.
Serve with garlic bread and a Ceasar salad for a complete meal.
When making this dish always remember to adjust for the number of servings. This recipe will serve 4 people.
Wine Pairing: A nice light white, such as “Cavit” Pinot Grigio!
