This is an excellent pasta recipe. One of our favorites that Ju has submitted.
It has a wonderful flavor and when paired with a pinot grigio white wine, it's a dish you will love and love to serve your guests!
Ingredients:
Cooking Directions:
On low temperature, melt butter in a sauce pan.
Add pine nuts, seasoning and mushrooms.
Let simmer.
Bring water to a boil for your pasta.
Cook according to pasta directions.
After pasta is cooked, add shrimp to sauce and cook until they turn pink, do not over cook.
Place pasta on a plate and pour sauce over it.
Grate a little parmesan cheese over sauce.
Serve with garlic bread and a Ceasar salad for a complete meal.
When making this dish always remember to adjust for the number of servings. This recipe will serve 4 people.
Wine Pairing: A nice light white, such as "Cavit" Pinot Grigio!
