Our Favorite Key West Restaurants!

Here are some of our favorite places to eat starting with a few Key West Restaurants and moving north to Key Largo!

It amazes us at the number of Florida Keys and Key West restaurants that provide excellent food with quality service! No matter which island you find yourself on, you are going to find great food!

When it comes to eating out, we are not that hard to please and our demands are few. We simply expect good food and friendly service at a reasonable price.
(by the way, every once in awhile we will throw in one of our favorite recipes, be it food or drink!)

Whether you are grabbing a light lunch or sitting down for some fine dining, we are comfortable in recommending the following places to eat.

These places provide the food, service, and friendly ambiance we appreciate when we are dinig out!

Here's a Great Mojito Recipe!

2 Ounces Light Rum
4 Ounces Club Soda
4 Sprigs of Mint (8-10) Leaves
1 Ounce Simple Sugar
1/2 Lime

Directions: Place mint leaves, simple sugar and lime in a glass. With a pestle, mash the mint, lime and sugar together. Add ice, rum, and soda. Stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint!

Key West and the Lower Keys

The No Name Pub Located at MM 30 this is one of our favorite haunts to catch lunch or dinner while in the lower keys! Great food and ice cold beer! Watch out for the "Key Deer". For more info Click Here!

Sloppy Joe's is great place to catch lunch or dinner and power curl a couple of ice cold beers at the same time! Great food, drink and entertainment daily! Sloppy Joe's holds various events including the Ernest Hemingway Look-a-Like Contest"! Definitely check it out on your next trip!

Marathon and the Middle Keys

Hideaway Cafe at Rainbow Bend Resort serves up a great menu and offers ocean front dining. Excellent view, food and atmosphere makes for a great place to dine! Located at Mile Marker 58 Grassy Key

Island Fish Co. is a combo restaurant and tiki bar, a fish market, and a gift shop. Sitting on the bay, they offer some beautiful sunsets with their excellent food. Located at 12648 Overseas Hwy., Marathon

Key Largo and the Upper Keys

Mrs. Macs Kitchen is one of our favorite breakfast spots!They even offer Champagne with your bacon and eggs! They also have great great lunches and dinners also. You can find Mrs. Macs at Mile Maker 99.4, Bayside Overseas Highway, Key Largo

Lazy Daze Restaurant offers top notch food and an amazing ocean view. You can dine inside or out and they serve ice cold beer and cocktails! The menu runs from casual to fine dining! For more info Click Here!

Num Thai Restaurant & Sushi Bar is a local favorite. Residents from the lower "Keys" love this place. If you love sushi, you'll love Num Thai! Located at Mile Marker 103.2 Overseas Highway, Key Largo
