Coral Castle Museum
The Coral Castle Museum in Homestead, FL is the culmination of one man’s love and genius. What would cause a man to spend 28 years of his life building this homage? With his own two hands and simple hand tools, he created a castle that still baffles the masses and will always remain a mystery to the world. Along with guided tours, audio stands are available with narration in Spanish, French, German and English.

Knaus Berry Farm
The Knaus Berry Farm is owned and operated by the Knaus family. It has been in operation for over 50 years! Local favorites are “Sticky Buns” and the ice cream. You will also find other fresh baked products, fruits and vegetables. So, while out touring the Redland, be sure to stop in and treat yourself to the wonderful treats available at the Knaus Berry Farm! One of our favorite Gateway to the Keys attractions.

Biscayne National Park
Biscayne National Park is located south of Miami and east of Homestead, at the Gateway to the Keys. BNP is a beautiful treasure with diverse eco-systems. The visitor center is located on the mainland while much of the park is accessible only by boat. Numerous activities are available and the Park is a definite must see for anyone interested in the offshore wonders of South Florida.

Big Cypress National Preserve
Big Cypress National Preserve offers visitors a taste of the extra-ordinary. Cypress trees, swamps, and Spanish Moss make the preserve seem surreal. Located west of Miami in southern Florida, the Big National Cypress Preserve protects over 729,000 acres of tropical plants and wildlife. It is vital in helping supply the neighboring Everglades in fresh water. BCNP is a true wonder!

Homestead Bayfront Park offers beach fun in a family setting. Sun worshippers of all ages will enjoy Homestead Bayfront Park. The park offers a nice natural atoll, a beautiful beach, a marina, snack bar, picnic tables and pavilions, and a playground. Located next to Biscayne National Park and the Florida Keys Marine Sanctuary.

Everglades National Park is simply one of America’s most scenic and natural wonders. The Everglades beckon all who pass.
