Jim,

I just wanted to write to you and tell you what a huge success the recipe with the broccoli and chicken was, while I had company from Texas. I was looking for something easy and tasty and that recipe does the trick. I tried it again since the company has left, just to make sure that it wasn’t beginners luck and I think it turned out even better. It serves four easily. This is defiantly a keeper and one that I will use often.
